We updated to 4.1.5 and added our google api key. We have the same problem. The top video plays but thumbnail videos don't play. Also the full list from the playlist is not visible.

Please start a new post with a link to your site and ensure that debugging is enabled and I'll take a look.

Thanks Eric and Brandon. Well it looks like version 4.1.5 has nailed it. At least for the following websites that I maintain :

 

http://hov-pod.net/hov-pod-videos/

 

http://toptravelbooker.com/videos/

 

http://volvocarsfail...ar-fail-videos/

 

In all cases the thumbnails when clicked are loading the videos concerned.

 

I'm leaving the free 3.1.6 version here : http://cash-rich.net...rketing/videos/

just to see what happens, and sure enough the first video shows a notice from google. I'll update to 4.1.5 soon.

 

Except the site http://surau-an-nur.my/test/

 

When I click on any thumbnail the video does not load and Firebug says :

"NetworkError: 404 Not Found - http://surau-an-nur....admin-ajax.php"

 

It's a mystery to me as the admin-ajax.php file is actually there when I check from my cpanel. 

 

Well, I need to do some further troubleshooting on this site.

please assist. I updated yesterday to 4.2. My video page showed an error message on exceeded limit. I changed API and then it loaded 4 videos. I have 49 videos that should load. 

Any assistance is greatly appreciated! I have had this page up for vower 4 years with no issues. You can see the video page here.

Hi,

 

Since TubePress 4.0.0 (released last year) the free version of TubePress is now a trial version limited to 3 videos per gallery. We are urging everyone to upgrade to TubePress Pro which removes the trial limits and adds a ton of powerful features.

 

That's probably not the best news for you, I know. But I hope you'll consider upgrading and please let me know how else we may assist.

Yes, that's done it alright. The version 4.1.6 has finally got things to work perfectly on my site at : http://surau-an-nur.my/test/

 

I've tested clicking on the thumbnails and they load the video just fine.
