I'm attempting to add YouTube video galleries to my WordPress Multisite network. The Tubepress Pro admin panel is however BLANK (see attached).

 

Details:

1. WP 4.3
2. TubePressPro 4.1.11
3. WooThemes Theme Framewok 6.2 (latest version)

 

This has been a problem plaguing my site since version 4.1.x

Thanks for getting in touch and I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this difficulty. Typically the reports of a malfunctioning options page come from users who are running very old versions of TubePress, but in your case you're running the latest. If I were in your shoes here's what I would do:

1. Put the site into maintenance mode, then deactivate all other plugins besides TubePress. Is the issue gone? If so, we know it's a plugin conflict and you can re-enable the plugins one-by-one to find the culprit.
    
2. The White Screen of Death (WSOD) is nearly always caused by a PHP fatal error, which is almost always logged somewhere on your web server. We will need to get access to that error log to see the exact error message so we can come up with a solution. Your hosting provider should be able to easily help you locate your PHP error log.
