Hello,

 

I've noticed some users have had issues with the Black Bar Removal Add-on and I'm having the same issues, despite following the steps in the other posts. Here's what we're running and what steps have been taken.

• Wordpress 4.1.1
• TubePress Pro - Version 4.0.8
• YouTube Black Bars Remover 4.0.1

Here are the following actions I've taken:

• I've uploaded the latest add-on into the following directory: wp-content > tubepress-content > add-ons
• I've cleared the cache using: URL?tubepress_clear_system_cache=true
• I have deleted, re-uploaded and re-activated the plugin and add-on
• The add-on has been installed for over 24 hrs

Any other tips for what actions might be taken to resolve this issue would be very helpful, as this is one of the last bugs we need to fix before launching our site.

Was this ever resolved? I am having the same issue after upgrading to the latest versions.

That will clear the system cache and cause the plugins to show up.

Thank you Brandon. It seems I forgot the little ? in the URL. That seems to fix the issue.
