Hi telugucolors,
1) By add posts to wordpress database: do you mean create a post when you add a video to your youtube/vimeo account? If not, could you please explain your question?
2) Unfortunately, the URL can not be changed.
3) Again, I'm sorry, I don't quite understand the question. If you are having an issue with TubePress, please post a link to your site where the issue exists and we'll troubleshoot it for you.
4) You can create a custom template and place whatever you'd like to show up on the solo page.
Let us know.
Thanks!

I was searching and I have the same first question:
1) Can Tubepress create a WP post when a video is added to youtube/vimeo? What I'm wondering if if we can have it autmatically create Word Press posts for videos on our youtube channel. So we have a Lebron James video in Youtube, can it import that into wordpress and create a page for it?
