i've embedded a youtube playlist and its not working on iphone ..... it displayed correctly so i assumed everything was ok ..but when you click to play any of the thumbnails the video doesn't load .....the only thing that does play is the very first video loaded as the page loads

 

i love your software and i'm at a standstill until i can resolve this can you please advise?

Which browser on the iPhone are you using?

Which version of iOS are you using?

 

Could you please post a link to the site where you are having issues so we can troubleshoot?

for some reason i was not notified of this reply by email ..... but i found the answer .... it was to use shadowbox that works on iphone (once i very carefully followed your instructions for getting shadowbox installed)

 

none of the other players work on iphone is that correct?

We will be releasing a fix soon.
