Hello,

Your thumbnails are unclickable because you are missing the gallery.js file as seen here:

"NetworkError: 404 Not Found - http://www.ajegranad.../js/gallery.js"

Once you place the gallery.js in the proper location so that your website can find it, all of your thumbnails will start working.

Let us know.

thanks!

srtxema,

Are you possibly using a plugin that re-writes paths? The location of gallery.js is correct within your install, however something (most probably another plugin) is causing the path to be changed.

Let us know.

Thanks!

Please try uninstalling and re-installing TubePress.  Don't worry, you won't lose any of your TubePress settings when you do this.

Thanks!

Hi srtxema,

Please disable all other plugins except Tubepress and see if it works properly then.  If it does, please turn on each plugin, one at a time, and after each one that you turn on, check TubePress to see if it is still working.  The plugin that you turn on that causes TubePress to stop working is the problematic plugin that is re-writing the path for the files.

I know this is tedious and time consuming, but it's the easiest and fastest way to find out which plugin is causing the problem.

If, after turning off all of the plugins, it continues to not work, please try using the default Wordpress Theme and see if TubePress works.

Please post back here with your findings.

Thanks!

Hey, I had the same problem.

I fixed disabling the plugin W3 Total Cache... You must using some plugin that rewrite the path of some scripts too.

That's great - thank you, Rafael Araújo!

I'm not familiar with Vimeo myself so didn't realise there were so many privacy settings that needed to be considered. I see it in the Vimeo settings now, and have changed the permissions so it's all working now.

Thanks so much!
