Hi,
I just bought the plugin. It looks amazing. However, I my shortcode doesn't work in a template file as I was expected. Please see below the line I am adding to my template file:
<?php echo do_shortcode('[tubepress mode="playlist" playlistValue="PLgalz2dWSRZOQaYqxhbiGF1jKxcuuvVvS" theme="youtube" playerLocation="popup" hqThumbs="true" resultCountCap="15"]'); ?>
Any advice will be helpful.
Thanks,
Juan Villanueva

Hi Juan,
Could you please share a link to the page where you have this code added, so that we can take a look at it and see what's causing your TubePress to not work properly. If you can't share it publicly, you can always send it to me in a Private Message.
Thanks!

Thanks Brandon for your quick answer.
Unfortunately, I am working on a local environment. The site hasn't been published yet.
The shortcode works on pages and post thought. Do you expect it to work in the template too?
How else can we work this out?
Thanks

Hi Juan,
The instructions for using TubePress Pro inside WordPress templates can be found here: http://tubepress.com...Press_Templates. We don't really support the do_shortcode() WordPress function.

One think I notice is that there is not an ajax loader image to give some feedback to the user.
Is there any way I can add it myself?
Thanks.

Hi Juan,
It is possible to add the ajax loader image, although it is a very involved modification requiring some complicated steps and procedures.
If you are sure that you want to add it, please let us know and we can provide you with some guidance.
Thanks!
