Does the pro version come with forum support from the devs? I cannot get the regular version working. Instead of videos appearing on pages I am seeing the shortcode text. If pro version guarantees a helping hand I am totally down to buy it.

Yes, you'll get priority support here in the forum. This means that your name will show up in green and you'll be at the front of the line for getting your questions answered. I never stop working with a Pro customer until they're satisfied, or I give a refund if there's a problem with the code that I can't solve.
