Im not happy with the level of support Im getting, especially since I have paid for the plugin, which claims to have support built-in. 

 

I believe you should have a dedicated thread or trouble ticket system exclusive to the paid version so your support can focus on those actually paying for the software support as promised.

I'm sorry you are unhappy with the level of support, however our support is provided Monday - Friday, excluding US Holidays, which Friday was.

 

If you wish to have weekend response to your inquiries, you can always signup for Rapid Response Support

Im fine with M-F support but Im not happy about getting a reply on my issue with a casual 'upgrade your PHP' when Im running something  more than up to date...
