Vimeo allows users to download original video file from it's main page. Is there a way to allow users to download directly from a tube press player so people don't have to leave the page and go hunting for it?

As far as I can tell, Vimeo only allows you to download a video if you're viewing the video directly on vimeo.com. Downloading videos is against YouTube's TOS, so that will never happen YouTube videos. If anyone knows of a way to allow Vimeo downloads from other domains, I'm all ears...
