Hello,

When I use the "Playlist" option it consistently shows "No matching videos."

I have used the following shortcodes with the same results:

[tubepress]

[tubepress mode="playlist" playlistValue="PLEF6FB14187FE0EBB"]

My site is:
http://vmc-demo.mark...tplr.com/videos

Appreciate any and all assistance.

Thanks!

Try disabling cURL transport by using the following shortcode

[code=php][tubepress mode="playlist" playlistValue="PLEF6FB14187FE0EBB" disableHttpTransportCurl="true"]

Thanks for replying Eric.

Unfortunately your suggestion did not work.

It now give me the following:
[code=php]No matching videos

I tried disabling cURL in the Advanced Options and that did not work either.

I'll wait for further instructions...

Thanks!
Drew

Hi Drew,

Did you take down your TubePress gallery? I don't see it on that page anymore..

Hey Eric,

I am having the same problem. When I used the code you provided to disable the cURL, I got this error:

Fatal error: Wrong parameters for Exception([string $exception [, long $code ]]) in /var/www/vhosts/thebeamz.com/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/tubepress/sys/classes/org/tubepress/impl/http/clientimpl/commands/StreamsCommand.class.php on line 99

The site is: http://thebeamz.com/...s/how-it-works/

Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Don

Nevermind. I found the answer on another thread.

To get playlists to work dont get everything from after the p= , its no longer there. Now you need the long alpha numeric code but the first two characters are PL like PL234h3987f7 - so the actual code to use is is 234h3987f7.

That makes it work. Problem solved.

Thanks.

So that actually didn't work for me. All my pre-existing posts were already conforming to not-including the PL prefix and previously correctly showing playlist content.
This morning that stopped.
I had rolled back to Tubepress 2.2.0RC1.

my fix was far too esoteric and off-beat to report here as a formal solution.
oddly, the dns services were stalled and that caused this issue.
