I have popups enabled and tried it in Firefox and Chrome on two machines..

I did get the REOavenue.com website to work...but i had to downgrade to 2.2.0. I'm not sure why I had to do this. My other webiste still has the latest release but the website still does not work properly. The URL is x

The URL is http://www.shortpayn...om/?page_id=404

That's odd that it's not loading and not producing any errors. Is there a reason that you're including the Google Analytics tracking script twice in the page? I have a hunch that the duplicate invocation could be interfering with jQuery's document.ready().

So... is there a fix for this other than using an older version of WordPress? I need to fix this. Thumbnails do not load videos. Thank you.

@technomedia you don't use an older version of wordpress to fix the issue. use an older version of tube press 2.2 and it worked for me. Strange but a temp fix with similiar functionailty.

i also have this problem http://www.puppydogg...m/puppy-videos/
i think it is a theme problem because tubepress works well on TwentyEleven but i don't know where to start looking how to resolve.
Things i have already done are checked that the tubepress.js is in the header and I've also deactivated all plugins to check for a conflict there but still no joy.
Hoping someone can advise what else to look for. thanks in advance.

Hi Emily. Looks like you have a JavaScript error on page load that's preventing TubePress from initializing itself correctly. Screenshot: http://tubepress.com...ou..._page_load

I noticed that you downgraded to an earlier version of TubePress. If you'd like to upgrade again, let us know so we can take a look at whichever error you're getting. Thanks.

You also have a JavaScript error on page load. Screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/1NLPl.png. Looks like it's related to "stepcarousel", so I would recommend disabling that and TubePress should work again.

I started another thread to point this out, but the short of it is that the most practical and timesaving fix is to rollback to tubepress_2_2_0_RC1.zip Try it.
You can download it here: http://tubepress.goo.../t..._0_RC1.zip
