Does TubePress Express offer the ability to host videos similar to the Wordpress.com for video? Also, can I use SmugMug and Flickr? Please let me know. Tks

Great questions. As of today, TubePress works with videos that are hosted on YouTube and Vimeo. We are just on the verge of introducing DailyMotion support, and other video providers will follow. We do not currently offer the ability to display self-hosted videos, nor do we work with SmugMug or Flickr.
While we might pursue self-hosted videos or image support, our goal for the short and medium term is to continue to be the leader in video galleries for the large, global video hosting services.
