Hello,
We don't have licensing keys or anything like that. Are you having trouble installing or using TubePress Pro? We have extensive documentation for both WordPress and standalone PHP users here. If you can't find an answer to your question there, please feel free to open a ticket with us and we'll be glad to assist.

How do I get a refund. This is too much trouble to set up. At least for me. I tried sending a private email, it didn't go through. Please advise.
