This is the lowest form of bait-and-switch, and is illegal in many US states. If you advertise "$3.99 a month" don't con people into thinking that it is a monthly subscription. You should state the annual fee upfront.

Can you please explain? I am trying to get the $6.99/month option and so far having issues even signing up. Looking forward to your reply as I really hate wasting my time.

Thank you!

All of our downloadables (TubePress Pro and add-ons) are billed on an annual basis. TubePress Express is offered in monthly, annual, or tri-annual billing plans; you simply pick the plan you'd like.
