Theme was missing <?php wp_head(); ?>, that fixed the issue. That might be a good thing to state on your troubleshooting page.

Please help. None of the thumbnail video links play. Link
I am running out of things I can troubleshoot:
- The API key is set up correctly (public key for server),
- upgraded to PHP 5.4,
- reinstalled (twice),
- ensured all files in plugin directly permission were set correctly,
- and have no JS errors except from TubePress.js itself. (length undefined line 8)

Alex,
In looking at your site, I don't see tubepress.css loading. I also don't see gallery.js or pro-gallery.js. All of these files are required for TubePress to work properly.
I know you stated you reinstalled, did you also by chance re-download the plugin before re-installing?
Are you running any caching or compressing plugins?
