As far as I know, a Mastercard gift card functions just like a regular credit card, at least in so far as the payment gateway is concerned.

I'm trying to purchase for 3.33 a month and it wants to charge me for the whole year. How do i purchase at monthly rate please?

TubePress is billed in annual payments, there is no way to pay for only a single month.
