Hello,

 

This is a permissions issue, possibly put in place by another one of your plugins, such as for security.

 

To try and narrow down the problem, please disable all of your plugins except TubePress and see if it works.  If it does, enable one plugin at a time verifying that TubePress continues to work. Once you break it again, you've found the offending plugin.

You should also try changing your cache directory from WP Admin > Settings > TubePress > Cache.
