I've used both:

vimeoChannel

vimeoAlbum

And no luck on getting all videos to show, even using:

resultsPerPage="30"

Here's the answer, straight from the debug:

[43:38.015716 - INFO] Skipping item at index 2: Vimeo privacy options restrict embedding.
[43:38.016313 - INFO] Skipping item at index 4: Vimeo privacy options restrict embedding.
[43:38.016400 - INFO] Skipping item at index 5: Vimeo privacy options restrict embedding.
[43:38.016927 - INFO] Skipping item at index 7: Vimeo privacy options restrict embedding.
[43:38.017918 - INFO] Skipping item at index 10: Vimeo privacy options restrict embedding.

Get those privacy options fixed and you'll be all set!
