Best Answer Guest_jumpinsteph_* , 16 February 2015 - 03:50 AM

Hi Eric,

Thank you. I replace the wordpress-ajax.js with the new code. It seems to work, that's perfect. Thank you.

Steph

Hi,

I use the Tubepress plugin for a while, and find it really cool.

For one of my website, I need the pro version, so I bought TubePress Pro.

But When I activate the pro plugin, it make a conflict with an other one, woocommerce... I can't choose the payment method at the end of the command. This problem only appears with the pro version of tuberpress...

I have tubepress pro Version 4.0.6 and Woocommerce 2.2.11.

Maybe it is a problem with Ajax ?

do you have a clue ?

thank you

steph

Hi,

Here is a link to website. This is a test website.

http://jumpinsteph.ch/boutique/

You can find the video gallery tubers on the page "tubepress test" and the shop... at the "shop" page.

I deactivate in the woocommerce parameters the "Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives". Since I did this, I can add to cart my product when I am in the general shop page. If this parameter is enable, this doesn't work.

But I still have a problem when I want to proceed to the payement. I can't choose, ... the boxes continue to loaded...

If I deactivate Tubepress Pro, it works.

Sorry for my english...

Steph

I have asked our developer to look into this because of the error.

We will get back to you when we have more information.

Thanks!

Hi Steph,

Thank you for the report - this is definitely a bug with TubePress. Would you help us test the fix? Please replace your copy of wp-content/plugins/tubepress_pro_4_0_6/web/js/wordpress-ajax.js with the file found here:

http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=8fyKZ3Rh

That should fix resolve the problem. Let us know and if it works we'll release it as TubePress 4.0.8. Thanks!
