Just upgraded to the paid version. The only reason we did was because we wanted clear thumbnails. Upgraded as per the instructions provided. Now everything looks great except the videos won't open/play - so it's been a bit pointless.
How can this be fixed?
From what I know I am using the latest versions of the plugin and wordpress.

Hi,
I see that you have switched to the "popup" player location and that your videos are working normally. By any chance were you using Shadowbox.js before? If so, that requires an extra installation step for Pro users due to licensing restrictions.
