Thumbnail Is Not Responding Or Opening Videos

Best Answer 1TARGET, 27 August 2014 - 03:59 PM

Thank you.

As I was playing with the options, when I changed it back to Fancybox... it worked. No need for the installation, but thanks for the FYI.

Thanks.

I have recently install the TubePress Search Box, it it works well, however now the thumbnail list below the Search box is not working.  It still shows and it looks like there is a hyperlink when you pass with the mouse over it, but it does not open the video.

I'm thinking, it has something to do with the SearchBox I have recently installed.

Here is live page, go inside the tab "on demand": http://mlc.1-target.com/watch/

Version 3.1.6

Thanks

Hi,

Please be sure to install Shadowbox.js - that should resolve the unclickable thumbnails.

Let us know. Thanks!

Hello Brian,

This appears to not be working due to cross-domain permissions:

Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at http://2xwvjrjlazb2p...ryId=2058184476. This can be fixed by moving the resource to the same domain or enabling CORS.

Once you fix that cross-orgin issue, it should work just perfectly.

Thanks!
