Hello Krag Africa,

It does not appear that you have TubePress on your site.

If you do, please provide a link directly to a page that has TubePress.

Thanks!

Disregard this post. I have transferred all the tab design to the page earlier linked. http://crisb.staging....com/past-work/

Hello Krag,

I see that your site is loading the files for TubePress, however I do not see where there are any TubePress galleries on the page that you linked.

This looks to be a different Wordpress Plugin that you are using.

Please verify that you are using the [tubepress] shortcode somewhere on that page and let us know.

Thanks!

Hello Brandon,

I am so sorry about that. I have reverted the site. All pages are now using Tubepress.

http://crisb.staging...sell-it-show-3/

http://crisb.staging....com/past-work/

Another thing, on the Tubepress settings the section for YouTube user, is that meant to be a channel or something.  I have tried writing the user as "Whats Good Studios" and "What's Good Studios" but the plugin doesn't accept either.

Thank you for your help.

Krag,

Can you please provide what shortcode you are using?

also, please turn on TubePress debugging form within WP Settings > TubePress > Advanced

Also, the user field is asking for:

YouTube videos uploaded by a specific YouTube user. The YouTube user is
defined by the value you supply to the userValue attribute.

Thanks!

I have enabled "debugging" option.

[tubepress mode="playlist" playlistValue="PLQmhTBsITvKiPAAYPf-Mv32MOb3oBvJK0"]

Above - is the shortcode i am using for the OLX Season 3. I apply the same code at every tab just changing the playlist value.

I don't understand that Quote bit.

What i would like the part for "Videos From This YouTube User" instead of it being "GoodMakersFilms" it should take "Whats Good Studios" but i always get this feedback whenever i try it "Invalid value supplied for "Videos from this YouTube user"."

Hi Krag,

It does not look like your videos are trying to display the description or title so I'm not able to see the issue you are reporting.

Thanks!

Hi Krag,

Thanks!

How is that?

On your end can't you see a black block where the title should be and when you check on the other tabs, the videos are of a smaller thumbnail and aren't really tiled.

I am using the Divi theme. Anyone else reported the same problem with this theme?

Hello,

I am seeing that on the first tab, you are using HQ Thumbs which causes the black lines that you are seeing around your thumbnails. (This can be fixed using the YouTube Black Bars Remover 1.0.2 add-on available in the Marketplace)

I am also seeing that the thumbnails are quite large on Tab 1, which is caused by adding the following element style:

<div class="tubepress_thumb" style="width: 339px;">

This appears only on the elements within the first tab.

I would look into your theme and possibly contact their support team for further assistance in this.

Thanks!
