Hi there,

 

I was wondering what would be the possible reasons why is tubepress plugin takes so long to change from one video to another one compared to other websites that have implemented this plugin?

here is my website (under development)

both are querying from the same playlist but one is instant and the other one takes 5 to 10 seconds to swap from one video to another.

Hi db,

 

The page using the cloud version of Tubepress is responding faster than the Street Art videos (wordpress plugin) because the cloud version is using TubePress's server to make the request and to display it to you, where as the WordPress version is using your servers resources (including bandwidth) to display the videos.
