I just upgraded to Pro and installed the new version and now my Shadowbox doesn't work. Can't click any of the thumbnails.

Nevermind. I think I solved it. Was confused between original Tubepress install and pro install.
Can't this just be an 'upgrade now' button guys?

Unfortunately no, we can not do an "upgrade now" type of button, or upgrades to Pro from within Wordpresses Plugin gallery, due to licensing and other constraints.
