Yes I have solved this issue.

You need to disable CDN on the videos page.

The WP Engine support will help you with that.

Hello,

I have recently installed the tube press plugin on our blog but having problems.

I'm not sure if this is server related,(WP Engine) issues with the plugin or problem with CDN( MaxCDN)

Problem: Videos are greyed out after clicking on thumbnails

Error message

XMLHttpRequest cannot load http://queertownabbe...eryId=674446868. No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'http://queertownabbey.com' is therefore not allowed access.

Any ideas what could be wrong?

Hi Anders,

This issue is caused by a Cross-Domain AJAX issue as you are using a CDN.

I am searching the forum for a post from another customer that was able to solve this issue.
