Hi I've got an issue I am trying to sort out with my tubepress install.  The thumbnail images are not working correctly on click.  here's the staging URL: http://www.temptatio...videos-test.php.  Is there a script conflict?  I'm unable to diagnose the issue so. please let me know if there's an easy fix.

Here is the error I am receiving

 

ReferenceError: TubePressPlayerApi is not defined

Ive created two instances:

 

1.) An adjacent wordpress install

-The following errors exist: ReferenceError: TubePressPlayerApi is not defined

 

 

 

2.) stand alone php

http://temptationyac...videos-test.php

-The following errors exist: blank page... TypeError: Value not an object.

 

 

As you can imagine this is very frustrating and time consuming.  Does anyone have any assistance ?

2.) instance url has changed as I have fully wrapper in wordpress now

In visiting the sites that you provided links to, it does not appear that TubePress is being used by any of them.

 

Please provide a link to a page within your site that is using Tubepress and we'll happily help you solve your issue.

Hi, yea we had to set up a temporary video page while we sort out the tubepress pro issue.

 

I have set up a test instance for tubepress here: http://temptationyac...om/videos-test/  Can you advise why the thumbnails are not working?  We would like to get tubepress going as soon as we can.

In checking the page that you linked, all of the thumbnails work properly, all of the videos load properly and I did not see any TubePress related issues on your site.

 

However, from looking at the first link you posted to this newest link, it looks like the issue was most likely a cross-domain AJAX issue.

 

Please let me know if you are still experiencing them, and if so with which browser(s), the(ir) version(s), and which O/S
