Jw Media Player Not Showing / Working?

Best Answer eric, 05 August 2013 - 10:48 AM

Hello everyone, we recently purchased the Pro version, and installed it, and the videos show up at the bottom, but no main player. We configured it we thought, even downloaded the new JW Player and nothing. We then went and got the previous version player.swf that was recommended to do in another thread, and still no go.

Any ideas?

Are you still experiencing this error? I visited your site and it seems that you have JW FLV Player 5 installed and working properly. Please let us know.

TubePress is not yet compatible with JW FLV Player 6, but it is slated for implementation.

Thanks!

Hello rishel,

It appears that your webserver is hanging when loading the player.swf file.  Could you please verify which version of JW Player you are using?

Thanks!

So I just read that TubePress was not compatible with Ver 6. I guess i just bought something I cant use from the sounds of it:

Because the only thing we wanted on the site was JW Player. Did i misread, or did I purchase something that isn't capable of doing what it stated?
