After Upgrade No Videos Found In Playlist

I've just installed the upgraded TubePress Pro (the last time I upgraded I accidentally downgraded to regular). Now all of the playlists that contain videos (vimeo) which were working now say there are no videos found in the playlist. Any clues as to what the issue is?
