Hi I recently purchased Tubepress pro and have an issue with how the thumbnails are displaying,

http://pachamassive....pm/?page_id=123

the top row thumbnails display progressively lower than the previous one, it does't matter if I switch themes and I have also deleted and reinstalled the Tubepress pro plugin on my site, I'm not sure which css class if any I should modify. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Hi fluxrider,

Typically the "diagonal" layout is caused by WordPress inserting extra HTML tags around TubePress's output. The solution is to simply use WordPress's HTML Editor, as opposed to the Visual Editor, to insert your [tubepress] shortcode. You should be able to use the HTML Editor to delete any extraneous <code>, <pre>, or <br> tags.

Give that a try and let us know?

Thanks!

Hi Brandon thanks a lot that did it! but some how( I'm not sure if I'm just noticing) when I click the thumbnails on the sidebar nothing happens, the free version of Tubepress works fine but as soon as I deactivate it and activate the pro version the thumbs look great but don't work.. also I can't seem to figure out how to make the text in the side bar align to the left like on the demo http://tubepress.com/demo/ without affecting the text in the main gallery, I've used firebug to find the css rule but no luck.

Thanks for your help!

I switched to RC 3.1 for a second and the tittle and description on the sidebar display as expected( as in the demo link) but the unclickable thumbnails are still an issue, FYI.

fluxrider,

Due to licensing issues TubePress Pro does not ship with Shadowbox or Flv Media Player installed.

Please follow the directions here: http://tubepress.com...ss_Pro_Installs to install shadowbox and then your thumbnails will be working great!

Let us know if you have any other problems or questions.

Thanks!
