Intermittent error message

I just saw this error message on a website using Tubepress, then waited a few hours and checked again and the error was gone. Can anyone shed any light please? TIA!

Typically this means that your server was unable to open a network connection to YouTube/Vimeo in a reasonable amount of time and gave up. I would recommend two things:
- Upgrade to the latest stable copy of TubePress as it will catch this type of error and print out a friendlier error message
- Enable TubePress's API cache from WP Admin > Settings > TubePress > Cache. That will reduce the need to make network connections in the first place.
