I'm experiencing a problem similar to the one titled "Thumbnails can't be clicked" and found at this thread:

For some reason the forum will not let me post in this thread (because I'm a free member?) so I apologize for creating a new one.

I tried to follow the advice you gave to the other users, but I had trouble finding the same exact options you mentioned for the W3 Total cache plugin because the wording for the W3 Total cache options was a bit different.

Also, before this problem started I was using the Shadowbox method of playback, but that option no longer seems to work.

The problem is that you have a few JavaScript errors that are preventing TubePress from initializing itself correctly. Screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/fxgMj.png

The error to be concerned about is

Caught exception when booting TubePress: TypeError: jQuery(...).sortable is not a function

Looking through your site, the only place I see "sortable" is in wp-content/themes/thesis_184/lib/scripts/thesis.js on line 192. You could probably just delete that line, but you might want to check with your theme author first to see if they have a fix.
