I have checked the Apache error logs and there is nothing showing for this issue. Long URLs specifically shouldn't be an issue as mentioned. Is there a specific requirement or PHP setting that your plugin needs in order to run? Can you please ask your developer what setting would need to be changed for the plugin to work?

I'm sorry that you're experiencing difficulty getting TubePress to operate correctly. Were you able to resolve the problem? I checked out your gallery and both the main video gallery and the sidebar widget appear to be functioning correctly.
