Hello,

My gallery works great in Safari 6. However, in Chrome 22 and Firefox 3.6, videos do not load at all when clicking on a thumbnail. I'm seeing several Javascript errors.

In addition, about 15% of the time I load the page I receive the following error instead of content:

Operation timed out after 5001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

Hi Ross,

Are you still experiencing this trouble in Chrome and FF? I just tested your site with Safari 6, Chrome 22, and FireFox 15 and everything seems to be in normal working order. Let us know.

As for the "Operation timed out" error, that typically means that your server was unable to contact Vimeo for some reason. I would recommend two things:

• Enable the TubePress API cache from WP Admin > Settings > TubePress > Cache. That should "smooth out" these intermittent network connection problems.
• If the problem persists, open up a support ticket with your hosting provider. There's no reason that your server should ever time out when talking to Vimeo (unless of course Vimeo itself is down)
