I tried different player settings but can't get the widget to play any videos, although thumbnails are displayed. I'm really getting started with Wordpress, could you help me out?? Thanks a lot. Link to the page:

PS: I just updated to Wordpress 3.4 before installing your plugin and widget.

This is just a quick note to let you know that I'm experiencing significant delays in my ability to respond to forum posts. I'm currently in the middle of driving a large moving truck (with all my belongings) from California to Pennsylvania. Since I'm putting in 12 hours on the road each day, I have basically no time to get on the Internet.

I anticipate returning to normal support levels on Thursday June 21st, 2012. Between now and then I will also be offering a liberal refund policy. So if you purchased TubePress Pro in the past few days and are disatisfied, please just let me know and I'll take care of you.

Thank you for your understanding! And please know that I will respond to this post as soon as I possibly can.

Hi,

Did you take down the TubePress widget? I took a look at your site but couldn't find any TubePress galleries/widgets. Let me know. Thanks!

Sorry, I had to take it down till I could get any support. It´s back on again, but can't have it that way for too long. Thanks for your help.

Hi,

You have multiple copies of jQuery loaded on your site. In your specific case, there are three:

  • http://www.mibqyyo.com/wp-content/plugins/gtranslate/jquery.js
  • http://www.mibqyyo.com/wp-content/themes/obscure/library/scripts/jquery.min.js
You'll want to get this down to just the first load (from wp-includes). The others are there because of poor coding practice (not loading jQuery the right way. You'll need to either disable the plugin and theme, or ask the respective developers for a fix.

Hope that helps...

Thanks very much. It helped, I asked in some other more forums with the info you gave me and finally solved that issue. But there is now a second question I need to solve: I can only view the videos when I\'m logged in Wordpress, otherwise I only see a blank popup. Any ideas?

99% of the time this sort of behavior is explained by a caching plugin (WP Super Cache, WP Total Cache, Quick Cache, etc). Do you have any of those running? If so, either temporarily disable them or flush the cache. Let us know. Thanks!

I checked and it only happens on my laptop, and only when I'm not logged in, so it's not important anyway. So thank you very much for your help.
