Hi, I resolved the issue. There was some rogue jQuery nestled deep in the page that was causing the issue.
Thumbnails will randomly not appear

Hi Sam,
It looks like something is occasionally setting the width of your thumbnails to 0px, thus making them wonderfully invisible.
First thing I would try is to turn off TubePress's "fluid thumbs" feature, which attempts to resize the gallery to best fit its container. This could very possibly be getting confused with your particular combination of HTML and CSS. You can turn it off from WP Admin > Settings > TubePress > Thumbnails.
Let's start there and see if that changes anything. Thanks!
