Just downloaded Tubepress Pro, excited to use it.

Initially I installed and activated Tubepress (free ver.). After activation I did not see the settings.

After reading about the Pro version a bit, I decided to purchase since I have several sites that could use this.

So I downloaded and installed it, deactivated the old version, and activated the Pro version.

Still no settings panel.

I've cleared my cache, logged out of Wordpress etc.

Any ideas?

Hi,

This is almost always a symptom of not using PHP 5.0.2 or higher. Can you confirm which version of PHP your WordPress installation is using? Let's start there and continue to troubleshoot. Thanks!

Eric
