How can I have only one pagination from http://tubepress.com...alone_php_demo/
I would really appreciate if someone guides me how to remove the pagination on the top/bottom.

You can turn on/off the pagination using the following shortcode attributes:
[tubepress paginationAbove='false' paginationBelow='true']Or if you're using WordPress you can turn this off from WP Admin > Settings > TubePress > Appearance.
