Currently this isn't support out of the box, but feature requests are always welcome! Features with more votes will be implemented first.

I too am interested in displaying a gallery on my vbulletin-powered website, but after buying tubepress pro (the only way I could get the code to test), I found it impossible to create on my site. I hope you will add in documentation for implementing a tubepress gallery into a vbulletin website.
