Hi!

I'm sorry that you're having some trouble getting started with TubePress Pro. We should be able to get you up and running quickly without forcing you to learn programming :)

Are you using TubePress inside WordPress? Or as a standalone PHP program? The installation instructions, which it sounds like you've already seen, can be found here. Could you tell me how far along you've been able to get with those docs?

Thanks!

thank you for reply and help

I am using it with wordpress

I installed wordpress using hostgator tool

fantastico and then upgrades to the most recent version through that control panel

then I downloaded the files for the program

and called in to hostgator support and explained what I was trying to do

and they walked me through uploading the files through file manager

and the only thing that I can think is maybe the permissions are set

but that is a guess

what is the next step

OK, cool. Have you uploaded a directory called "tubepress_pro_2_2_9" to your web server at wp-content/plugins? If so, you should see TubePress listed as a plugin at WP Admin > Plugins. Let me know if you've made it this far and we'll go from there. Thanks!

Hi,

Sorry about that. Could you send along a link to your site so I could take a look first-hand? Usually unclickable thumbnails are easy to diagnose and fix. Here is some more information on debugging. Let me know and I'll be glad to help. Thanks.
