I'm getting this note where videos should be displayed "No matching videos". I've installed TubePress upgrade, changed "short codes" and can't fix the problem.

This problem seems to plague a number of users.

Site: http://yourvietnamto...m-destinations/ One of my most popular pages.

Thanks,

DZ

Hi DZ,

Looks like your server is having trouble with cURL. Good news is that this is easy to work around. Try one of the following:

  • Disable cURL transport from WP Admin > Settings > TubePress > Advanced
  • Change your shortcode from

    [tubepress mode="playlist" playlistValue="8C4B930D9E1C5189" theme="youtube" playerLocation="popup" hqThumbs="true" resultCountCap="35" tubepress orderBy="position"]
    to

    [tubepress mode="playlist" playlistValue="8C4B930D9E1C5189" theme="youtube" playerLocation="popup" hqThumbs="true" resultCountCap="35" tubepress orderBy="position" disableHttpTransportCurl="true"]
That should do the trick. Let us know. Thanks!

Hi, Sorry tried both methods, changed the code first, still got the same message. Tried disabling cURL and lost the whole page. Standing by. Thanks, DZ

Would you be able to change the shortcode back to method #2? i.e.

[tubepressmode="playlist"playlistValue="8C4B930D9E1C5189"theme="youtube"playerLocation="popup"hqThumbs="true"resultCountCap="35"tubepressorderBy="position"disableHttpTransportCurl="true"]
That won't break your page, right? I'd like to look at the debug output with this shortcode. Thanks, and I apologize I haven't responded in a few days!
