Can TubePress display a YouTube gallery with multiple modes? I want to show videos by a certain user only if they have a certain tag (or tags). Thank you.

Trying to figure out if this was ever implemented, the documentation somewhat indicates that it is, but I can't seem to get it to work.

And I found another post with a similar question.
I tried the following:
[tubepress mode="tag" tagValue="Track Day" searchResultsRestrictedToUser="eatsleeptinker"]
Still no results, even though my videos are tagged.
