I have the Pro version and added the following code on the video page and only 7 of the 19 videos in the YouTube playlist are showing up http://www.markcastrillon.com/videos

[tubepress mode="playlist" playlistValue="PLfZcrzTJ_1hYFAvQPDA8AKjcOOKEu8Nix"]

Can you please help me here?

Hello!

Thanks for contacting us. Are you still experiencing this issue? When I visit your site, I see all 18 videos (TubePress removed "The Fred Zeppelin Orkestra - Umbrella" since it was in there twice). Let us know if that's not what you're seeing.

On another note, I see that you have PHP's obsolete APC extension installed, which is known to cause problems with TubePress. This support article lists two solutions. If you send that link to your hosting provider, they should be able to assist you in getting rid of APC.

Please let us know how else we may assist you - thanks!

Now I am getting this error on the page. I changed the API key to the top one below thinking it was the problem and added it to the “Feed” and not working.

I am using TubePress on these websites which are on two separate servers.

YouTube responded with an error: There is a per-IP or per-Referer restriction configured on your API key and the request does not match these restrictions. Please use the Google Developers Console to update your API key configuration if request from this IP or referer should be allowed.

I have a Tubepress Developers license and have Tubepress on various clients websites and I am having so much trouble with this plugin. I even moved two websites to new servers without the obsolete APC and still no luck.

ERROR

YouTube responded with an error: There is a per-IP or per-Referer restriction configured on your API key and the request does not match these restrictions. Please use the Google Developers Console to update your API key configuration if request from this IP or referer should be allowed.

I created an API key for both the server and the browser and still no luck trying them both. These are the two websites.

Can someone please help me here soon?

We've seen this error in just a handful of cases. It's an error from Google and it's not very clear why it happens with some keys and not others. The permanent solution in every case so far was to redo the initial setup process to obtain a new API key. It's very important to follow those instructions precisely, as getting the wrong type of API key could also cause issues. Give that a try and let us know how it goes?

We understand that this setup process can be annoying, and I should note that we offer TubePress Express: a cloud-hosted version of TubePress that relieves you from this setup. TubePress Express has zero-installation, is maintenance free, and you can use it on as many of your websites as you like. Something to consider, perhaps.

Thanks
