How do I fix this
YouTube responded with an error: There is a per-IP or per-Referer restriction configured on your API key and the request does not match these restrictions. Please use the Google Developers Console to update your API key configuration if request from this IP or referer should be allowed.
Just upgraded to 4.1.11

Hello!
I responded already to your ticket but figured I'd post my reply here as well.
We've seen this error with a handful of customers. Though we're not sure *why* the error happens, the solution in each case has been to simply repeat the initial setup process to get a new API key.
