We bought the full version of this plugin. and first we though it worked as it shows thumbnails of all videos, but only the first big main video works from youtube. all the thumbnails does not work, nothing happens when we click on them.

Page is

Hello,

It appears that you have multiple copies of jquery loading.

Once you eliminate the duplicate copies, you should be all set.

Thanks!

Thanks!

Can you try something for me? Can you change your player to the default youtube or vimeo player?

Thanks!

Can you send me your shortcode? TubePress is still trying to use the normal player.

Thanks!

I only use [ytube] for shortcode.

It should just get all our videos on the page.

Tommy,

I'm assuming that you changed the shortcode from [tubepress] in the settings > advanced tab?

If so, can you upload a screen shot of the following two items:

Settings > TubePress > Player (just need the top section)

and

Settings > TubePress > Theme

Thanks!

I have the same issue. Main video plays, no others. See here

The only error I see in the console is:

TypeError: N is undefined -- tubepress.js:8

Yes, please help. I am running out of things I can troubleshoot.

The API key is set up correctly (public key for server), upgraded to PHP 5.4, and have no JS errors except from TubePress.js itself. (length undefined line 8)
