Unfortunately full theme customization is not yet available for Wix users, so for the moment what you're describing is not possible. You're "stuck" with the theme choices that you can see on the full options page for TubePress.
However please know that this is very high on our development priorities for Wix and we expect to have this capability in the near future.

I would like to be able to put margins between the top playing video and the thumbnails below. Essentially I'm looking to move the thumbnails lower so that there is about 100 px of space in between the main video and all other videos.

Hello,
While I know this is possible in WordPress and Standalone versions of TubePress, I'm not actually sure if its possible in Wix. I've asked our developers for confirmation.

Thanks Brandon! I really love the functionality of Tubepress but would love to find a way to title my columns of videos
