I see older posts with the same problem, and a promise of a fix in couple weeks.

Has this bug been fixed ? It's been a couple weeks now.

I have version tubepress version 4.1.8 ?

Hello,

This is not a bug with TubePress, this means that you are either A) typing in your API user and key/secret incorrectly, or you need to request API v2 credentials from Vimeo.
