TubePress is working perfectly but when anyone tries to share the url of my site the site name and description shown is the page where tubepress is working on...

It's causing me some troubles because this page is about a parte of the guild members... the other members are a little angry LoL...

Ps.: This only happens when I try to share on Facebook... Google+ works normal...
