Hello,

We've installed TubePress Pro along with the Video All Access add-on. We also followed the directions listed here:

http://docs.tubepres...meo-all-access/

The videos permissions match the Privacy settings screenshot in the above guide. The album that was created contains the three videos and is not password protected. As far as we can tell, everything looks right.

I've attached screenshots of various settings pages for more detail.

Any idea what could be the issue? I can PM you credentials if you need to take a look.

Thanks!

OneLiveMedia,

Could you please provide a link to your page and ensure that tubepress debugging is enabled?

Thanks!

OneLive,

It appears that TubePress is not seeing your Vimeo Pro plugin.  Can you try removing tubepress and the plugin, and re-uploading both?  Don't worry, you won't lose your configuration settings as Tubepress uses the master WP Db.

Thanks!

I believe there are two issues here:

  • Please upgrade to TubePress Pro 4.0.6. There are a few significant bugs that have been fixed since your currently-installed version (4.0.1). You can download the latest version of TubePress Pro from here.

  • Please upgrade to Vimeo All Access 4.0.0 (you are currently running 1.0.0). You can download the latest version from here (no additional charge, of course).

After the two above steps are complete, you can visit this URL to clear TubePress's cache so it recognizes your Vimeo All Access install. This simply is your TubePress options page with tubepress_clear_system_cache=true added.

Give that a try and let us know? Thanks!
