Hi,

I just bought the last version (3.1.6) of the Tubepress Pro plugin for a new website I have to make.

I try to display videos galleries on the homepage and some other pages of the website, but sometime it works, and sometime (without doing/touching anything) it doesn't... And when it doesn't, I have this message displayed on the page : "YouTube returned a non-numeric result count".

I don't understand what's going on, because I don't have changed any settings in the admin pannel :/

And it's very anoying because I have to finish this website very quickly.

Can someone tell me where/how I can fix this issue ?

Thx for your answers.

I can. But the site is still in a "Work In Progress" mode, with a "under construction" page for non logged visitors. So, you can't access to the full site without login/password. I may grant you a private access in order to help me.

Is it normal that I don't see any Debug infos on the website even if I checked the Debug option in the Tubepress settings ?

Hello Yohann,

Enabling debug does not automatically display the debug information, you must put ?tubepress_debug=true at the end of the URL, then it will provide you the debug output.

If you would please PM me credentials to log into your site so I can assist you in troubleshooting, it would greatly help.

Thanks!
